While we are professionals with many years of experience in various methods of the industry, MaxQ Composites fundamentally operates through a set of guiding principles that set a high bar - ensuring the customer is always taken care of. Simple in nature and easy to stick to, we often wonder why “the other guys” aren’t following along. It’s our intention to lead by example…

• Be obsessed with customer service. Ensure the customers are delighted! - There’s nothing worse than an unresponsive company just worried about their bottom line by taking your hard earned dollar. We know that too as we’ve dealt with them ourselves. Enough is enough and the equation is simple. Just treat the customer in a manner so they walk away saying “wow!”. We heavily invest in building lasting relationships with not only our customers, but our employees and suppliers as well.

• Offer only the highest quality products and services to our clients, and accept nothing less from our business partners - we don’t tolerate knowingly letting anything out the door that isn’t done to the best that the methods, materials and technology in use at the time can provide. By carefully selecting our suppliers and business affiliates, this principle trickles throughout our supply chain, not only ensuring what you receive is at the top of its class, but that group responsible for bringing it to you is always improving and growing.

• Believe that we can always do better - it’s easy to become complacent. Companies that do this turn their hearts to stone. By always searching out better ways to get things done, we know we can offer the best service and quality to our customers.

• Life is short - Enjoy what you do! - A motto in our shop, but should apply to anyone that reads it!
